Performances in Wuppertal start at
7.30 p.m., Sundays and public holidays at 6.00 p.m
The box office opens one hour before curtain up.
Reserved tickets should be collected at least 30 minutes before the performance begins.
Advance ticket sales for a group of performance, open exactly two months before the first performance of a group. If this date should fall on a Sunday or public holiday, sales will open the following Monday.
In Wuppertal, tickets are sold by all WSW TopTicket agencies and at the box office of the Opera House.
Advance sales are available at reduced ticket rates (40 % off) to students (up to the age of 27), trainees, and the unemployed.

Ticket prices: Euro 10 / 25 / 35 / 45; (premiere, restaging Euro 15 / 30 / 40 / 50)

Arriving with public transport
Train The Opera House is located opposite Wuppertal-Barmen train station, which is served by various regional trains and the S-Bahn (urban train) line 8, as well as several local buses.
Schwebebahn Adlerbrücke station on the Schwebebahn (suspended monorail) is located 200 metres from the Opera House.
Arriving by car
From the west: follow Friedrich-Engels-Allee (B7) then turn right into Wittensteinstraße, take this until you reach the Opera House car park or Wuppertal-Barmen station car park
From the east: take the B7 to Alter Markt; turn left towards Fischertal then immediately right into Winklerstraße. Parking is either at Wuppertal-Barmen railway station or the opera house car park.
From outside Wuppertal: take the A 46 and exit at 'W.-Barmen', after crossing the B7 turn right into Winklerstraße. Parking is either at Wuppertal-Barmen railway station or the Opera House car park.
